  • Fully signed seller agreement
  • Within 7 days of accepted purchase offer – optional home inspection
  • If buyer gets home inspection application will be signed after successful home inspection
    If buyer opts out of home inspection – application can happen right away
  • Application
    A. application package signed
    B. Docs needed for application collected
  • E-signature of disclosures
  • Appraisal ordered
    Invoice will be sent directly to buyer via email
  • File put in line to be underwritten
  • Get quotes for Home Owners Insurance
  • Conditional Approval
  • Gather documents needed for conditional approval
  • Receive Appraisal – Verify value is at or above purchase price and no repairs are needed prior to closing
  • Submit conditional approval documentation for underwriter to review
  • Cleat to Close (CTC)
  • Closing Disclosure (CD) acknowledgement (Done electronically)
  • Set closing date 3 days after Closing Disclosure acknowledged
  • Closing
    Bring valid picture ID and cashier check made out for correct amount. Cashier check should be made out to the title company
